1. What the extension is
The extension copies the Shopee Brasil listing you are viewing into a draft in your STLSeller account when you click “Copiar para o STLSeller” (“Copy to STLSeller”). It is offered by STLSeller, a platform operated by André Bisewski (tax ID available on request), based in Brazil.
The extension is a support tool. The draft is a starting point: you review it, edit it and decide whether to publish and where. STLSeller does not publish anything for you without your action.
2. Account and plan
To use the extension you need an active STLSeller account. The extension uses your STLSeller sign-in (the session open in the browser or the one made in the extension's panel or window) and follows your account's plan: with an expired plan, copying is unavailable until it is renewed.
You are responsible for the security of your sign-in and for everything done with your account, as set out in the general Terms of Use.
3. Your responsibility for copied content
The listings you copy belong to other sellers. Texts, photos, videos, trademarks and names belong to whoever created them or to their holders and may be protected by copyright, trademark and image rights.
You alone are responsible for deciding whether you have the right to use the copied content and for using it in accordance with the law and with the terms of the source marketplace (Shopee) and of the marketplace where you publish (Mercado Livre or Shopee). STLSeller does not verify whether you may use the content.
On the first copy, the extension shows this notice, in Portuguese, and you must accept it to copy: “Você é responsável pelo conteúdo copiado. Imagens, textos e marcas pertencem ao vendedor original. Use o conteúdo copiado apenas se tiver direito de usá-lo.” (In English: you are responsible for the copied content; images, texts and trademarks belong to the original seller; use the copied content only if you have the right to use it.)
Review and adjust the draft before publishing. Suspensions, listing removals or other penalties imposed by marketplaces, and third-party claims over content you published, are your responsibility.
4. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the extension to:
- copy listings in bulk or in an automated way, such as with bots, scripts or tools that trigger the extension repeatedly without human action;
- circumvent blocks, limits, checks or protection measures of Shopee, STLSeller or any other service;
- infringe copyright, trademark, image or other third-party rights, or copy content you know you cannot use;
- deceive buyers, for example by impersonating another seller or selling counterfeit or prohibited products;
- access other people's data, overload or harm STLSeller's infrastructure, or for any unlawful purpose.
Breach may lead to removal of the content and to suspension or termination of the account, without prejudice to other applicable measures.
5. Not affiliated with Shopee
The extension is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Shopee. Shopee and the other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective holders and are used only to indicate on which pages the extension works.
Shopee's terms of use apply to your use of Shopee. It is up to you to check and follow them.
6. Content removal and copyright complaints
If you are a rights holder and believe content copied with the extension infringes your rights, write to support@stlflix.com with:
- the identification of the work or right you claim was infringed;
- the link to the listing or an indication of where the content is in STLSeller;
- your contact details;
- a statement that the complaint is made in good faith;
- proof that you are the rights holder or their representative.
We reply within 15 business days. If the complaint is well founded, we remove or disable the content and may suspend repeat offenders' accounts. STLSeller may also remove, on its own initiative, content that infringes third-party rights or these terms.
7. Availability and changes at Shopee
The extension depends on Shopee's listing page, which may change or block reading at any time and without notice. When that happens, copying may fail or come out incomplete until the extension is updated.
The extension and STLSeller are provided “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability, of freedom from errors, or that copying will always work or be complete. For that reason, check the draft before publishing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, STLSeller is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from: use of the copied content; third-party claims or penalties imposed by marketplaces; unavailability of or changes at Shopee; or business decisions made based on the drafts.
Our total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid STLSeller in the 12 months before the event, the same limit as in the general Terms of Use.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that Brazilian law, including the Consumer Protection Code, grants the user and that cannot be waived.
9. Privacy
How the extension handles data is described in the Extension Privacy Policy. STLSeller's general Privacy Policy covers your account and the web app.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The venue is the courts of the user's domicile (the consumer's, where there is a consumer relationship, or the contracting party's), in accordance with Brazilian law, to resolve any dispute arising from them.
11. Changes
We may change these terms, for example when the extension gains new features. The current version will always be on this page, with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the extension after a change means agreeing to the new version; if you do not agree, uninstall the extension.
